LM3DPTFY will not reproduce any item that infringes on the intellectual property rights of third parties — including copyrighted characters, trademarked logos, or proprietary designs owned by entertainment companies such as Disney, Marvel, DC, Nintendo, and similar licensors.
By submitting a request, you warrant that you have the legal right to reproduce the design and that it does not infringe any patent, copyright, or trademark. Requests found to involve infringing content will be declined.
We will not print any item designed or intended to function as a weapon capable of causing bodily harm — including functional firearms, firearm components, or any device engineered to injure. We will not print anything illegal under applicable federal, state, or local law.
LM3DPTFY reserves the right to refuse any request at our sole discretion, for any reason, without obligation to explain.
Prior to shipment, we will provide a photograph of your completed print for your review. Because all items are custom-made to order, all sales are final once the item has shipped. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted after shipment.
By allowing shipment to proceed, you acknowledge acceptance of the item as reviewed.
All items are produced using FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) technology. FDM prints are built layer by layer and may exhibit visible layer lines, minor surface texture, or slight dimensional variation. These are normal characteristics of FDM printing.
Our prints are not manufactured products and will not have the surface finish of injection-molded items. By submitting a request, you acknowledge and accept these characteristics.
